Wi-Fi network details are shared across all devices that share an Apple ID. So if all the devices in your house use the same Apple ID, and you entered both Wi-Fi networks on any device in the house, they can all switch between them. Solution: Set up a separate Apple ID for your kids' devices that is only connected to the guest network.

Yes, you should think about this. If the TV is on your home internet, and you have DNS or Router filtering, this should still work for website. But it may not work for streaming content on the TV device. Use parental controls on the device as you can. For younger children, we recommend a smart switch, that actually turns your TV completely off unless you want it on. (Prevents early morning TV without permission!)

As far as technology goes, (short of a signal blocker) there really is nothing you can do to prevent your child seeing something inappropriate on someone else's phone. So this comes down to training. Have clear conversations with your child about what is appropriate and not. Review some of the books we recommend on this site with your child. At some point they need to learn their own self control to say no. Consider where you child is and who they are spending time with, as you lovingly instruct them.
